Billing and Insurance Plans

 

We welcome all patients regardless of insurance. Click here for our insurance plan participation list.

 

Patients should be prepared to make payment at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa or Mastercard.

 

For those with no insurance coverage, a discount may be available for full payment at time of service.

 

Payment plans are available for patients needing a little more time, with the initial payment made at time of service.
