Radiology and Nuclear Medicine participates with most major health plans.  If your health plan isn't listed, we will still be happy to serve you.  Check with your health plan to find out about your out-of-network benefits and out-of-pocket maximums.

In most cases, Radiology and Nuclear Medicine is able to submit claims directly to your health plan, or other third party payor.  In order to do this, it is important that we have accurate information about you and your insurance coverage.

Whether you visit an imaging center, a hospital, or another facility where imaging is being performed, please be sure to bring your current insurance information with you.  If for some reason you are unable to provide this information at the time of service, please contact our billing department as soon as possible at 785.234.3454, or 800.432.3592 so that we can submit your claim for you.

Please remember that as health care providers we serve you, not your insurance company.  Therefore, you are financially responsible for charges not covered by insurance, including co-payments and deductibles. 

If you receive a bill from Radiology and Nuclear Medicine and find that you are unable to pay promptly, please call our office at 785.234.3454, or 800.432.3592 as soon as possible so that we can assist you.
